Abstract Submission

We invite researchers, scholars, and professionals worldwide to submit abstracts for the 47th Asian Conference on Remote Sensing (ACRS 2026). This event provides a premier platform to share ground breaking research, innovations, and applications in remote sensing, promoting collaboration and progress in addressing global challenges.


    *Please Note:

  • - A maximum of two (2) submissions are permitted per participant.
  • - Registration is not mandatory for participants submitting only one (1) abstract; however, early registration is recommended to avail of the early bird benefits.
  • - Registration is mandatory for participants submitting two (2) abstracts

Submission Guidelines for Authors

The entire submission process for ACRS 2026 is managed online through our dedicated system, ensuring a smooth and efficient administration. No submissions or communications regarding abstracts, full papers, or revisions will be processed via email. Authors are expected to follow the online instructions closely to ensure their work is reviewed and processed properly.

Registration & Submission Process

1. Step-by-Step Account Creation

1. Access the Registration Portal

Visit the official conference website and click on the “Register” link in the top menu to access the account creation page.

2. Fill Out the Registration Form

Complete all required fields accurately, including your full name, email address, affiliation, and other relevant details. This information will be used for submission management and official communication.

3. Submit Your Registration

After completing the form, click the submit button. An automated activation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

4. Account Activation and Approval

Activate your account using the link sent via email. Your registration will then be reviewed and approved by an administrator. Once approved, you may log in using the “Login” option.

2. Logging In and Submitting Your Abstract

1. Login to Your Account

Log in using your registered email address and password after account approval.

2. Submit Your Abstract Online

Navigate to the submission section, complete all required fields, and upload your abstract as per the guidelines. Abstracts submitted via email will not be accepted.

3. Submission Confirmation

Upon successful submission, a confirmation notification will appear in your account. Regularly check your dashboard for updates.

3. Full Paper, Payment, and Revision Process

1. Abstract Review and Acceptance

Abstracts are reviewed online. Only abstracts marked as “Accepted” are eligible for full paper submission.

2. Uploading Your Full Paper

After acceptance, log in to upload your full paper and any required documents such as payment proof, revised files, or supplementary materials. Email submissions are not permitted.

3. Monitoring Submission Status

Track the status of your submission through your account and respond promptly to any revision or information requests.

Note: One participant registration covers the presentation and publication of only one paper. Multiple accepted papers require separate registrations.

4. Review Process and Communication

1. Fully Online Process

All review stages, including abstract evaluation, full paper review, and revision feedback, are managed through the online system.

2. Notifications and Updates

Automatic notifications will be sent to your registered email whenever your submission status changes.

3. Communication via the System

All official correspondence will occur exclusively through the submission system to ensure proper documentation.
